Bake off cookies, flatbread, fill French macarons, etc. Maintain pastry case inventory and communicate with team on needs Keep our space clean and tidy, following our cleanliness standards process Educating, selling and serving drinks from our drink menu Educating, selling and serving baked goods from the pastry case Team members must obtain Food Handlers Permit as well as MAST 12 alcohol serving permit. Must be fully COVID Vaccinated and willing to show card Our bakery hours are 10am-9pm - must be available for shifts around/within those times (including opening and/or closing shifts) MUST be available for closing and weekend shifts.Įxperience in a café, coffee shop, bakery, restaurant preferred.
